Overview
Shield State is a defensive effect family. It usually comes from Standard Shield, Reflector Shield, H.E.X Shield, I.C.E Shield, GODMODE and support shields.
In practice, it reduces, blocks, reflects or limits incoming damage. The key limit is that each shield family uses its own rules.
