What the Market Does

The Market lets players trade resources, buy offers from other players, collect deliveries, cancel their own offers and convert carried resources into Uranium or research time. Markets appear in main galaxies and are tied to location and orientation.

Offer Limits and Delivery Rules

Creating an offer requires a nearby Market, a Galaxy map, valid resource types and different offered and requested resources. A listed resource offer can reserve up to 5,000 carried resources, while the requested side is capped to keep offers readable.

Market deliveries depend on where the offer was created. A player may need to return to the correct Market location and orientation before collecting or cancelling. A Skill Tree bonus can make market orientation more flexible.

Pending Offers and Market Research

The number of pending market deliveries is limited by Market-related research. If a purchase can be collected immediately at the same Market and the ship has enough Stock, it does not create the same delivery pressure.

Conversion Planning

Converting resources to Uranium is useful when you need currency for Ships, Weapons, Shields, Researches or guild donations. Converting resources to research time is useful when a long research blocks your next unlock. Market choice depends on your current bottleneck.

Creating and Completing Player Offers

A player offer can be created only while close enough to a Market in a normal galaxy. The offered and requested resources must be different. One offer can list up to 5,000 units for sale and request up to 1,000,000 units in return. The number of pending offers depends on the player's Trade Slots progression.

Listed	Another player can accept it while it remains valid.
Sold and deliverable	The result is collected automatically when the buyer is on a compatible Market map and has enough Stock space.
Sold but pending	Travel to a compatible Market with enough Stock space, then collect it manually.
Cancelled	The unsold offered resource is returned to the seller.
Expired	The offer is removed after its lifetime; resources left in an expired uncollected offer are lost.

A normal offer lasts three days. The Market duration Skill Tree talent can extend it to seven days. Market orientation matters for delivery and collection unless the player has unlocked the talent that allows all orientations. A player cannot buy their own offer, and a destination whose galaxy level is not accessible can block collection.

Direct Conversion

Resources carried to a Market can also be converted directly into Uranium or into time for the active main Research. Conversion is immediate and avoids waiting for another player, but it uses the displayed conversion rate. Compare that rate with current offers before converting a large stock.

Why can I not collect an offer?

You may be at the wrong Market, lack Stock space, or the offer may no longer be available.

Why can I not create more offers?

Your pending delivery count may be too high for your Market research level.

Should I convert resources or sell them to players?

Convert when you need immediate Uranium or research time. Use player offers when the exchange rate is worth waiting for.
