What a Guild War Is

A Guild War is a sequence of three battle-station lanes followed by the enemy Headquarters. Your guild prepares the three stations, is matched against another guild or a special opponent, then attacks the objectives in order while defending its own maps.

Step 1: Prepare the Three Stations

Before matchmaking, the guild must have a station built on each of its three war lanes. Station choices and layouts can be edited during preparation, but they are locked during the active battle.

  • Use a different station choice on each lane; the same station or source galaxy cannot be reused on another lane.
  • Place and upgrade the buildings that will defend each map.
  • Choose the guild's eight-hour curfew. The game displays the selected interval in each player's local time.
  • Review available Station Kit credits before the war begins. Changing a station clears that lane's active megabonus and pending credits.

A guild with a current war or a missing station cannot enter the next matchmaking.

Step 2: Matchmaking Sets the Limits

Matchmaking compares recent active membership and guild strength. Activity is measured over the recent week, and the system tries to avoid large roster gaps and immediate rematches. If no normal opponent is available, the guild can receive a special opponent.

The match defines the shared guild attack pool, the number of simultaneous attackers and defenders allowed on each map, and defense cooldowns. These values are balanced for the match; they are not simply the number of online members.

Step 3: Follow the Objective Order

OrderObjectiveMaximum Prestige available
1Battle station on lane 1100
2Battle station on lane 2100
3Battle station on lane 3100
4Enemy Headquarters250

Only the current unresolved lane can be attacked. A lane is passed as soon as either guild destroys the opposing objective on that lane, after which both sides move to the next unresolved lane. The Headquarters becomes the target after the three station lanes have been passed.

Prestige is awarded by destroying valuable buildings on the objective map. When no Prestige-bearing building remains, the objective is destroyed and any unawarded Prestige for it is completed.

Step 4: Spend Attacks Carefully

Entering an enemy objective uses both a personal attack for that lane and one attack from the shared guild pool.

Each battle-station lane1
Enemy Headquarters2

You cannot attack during the defender's curfew, after your own Headquarters has been destroyed, when the shared pool is empty, when your personal attack for that lane is exhausted, or when the attacker slots on the map are full.

Step 5: Defend Your Own Maps

Entering your own living objective does not consume an attack. When enemies are already inside, defender slots and a personal defense cooldown limit repeated entries. A destroyed station can no longer be entered for that war, and its station effects stop helping the guild.

Defenders should protect the buildings that still carry Prestige and delay the final destruction of the lane. Attackers should focus the current objective instead of spreading damage across locked lanes.

Step 6: Use Station Kits Before They Expire

A station can hold Station Kit credits. Activating one outside the battle phase grants that station's megabonus for its configured duration. If leaders do not activate queued credits in time, the system schedules them automatically so they can run before the next war.

A guild earns a station credit when it destroys the enemy objective on the same lane while its own station on that lane is still alive. The final reward of the Weekly Guild Challenge can also provide a Station Kit.

The station interface shows whether a credit is available, a megabonus is active, or the station is unavailable. Members who recently changed guild cannot benefit from their new guild's war megabonuses until the guild-change delay ends.

Step 7: Read the Result

The war interface tracks destroyed objectives and total Prestige earned. When the battle ends, the maps are resolved and damaged guild buildings enter their normal repair or reconstruction flow. The Prestige earned contributes to the main guild leaderboard for the rolling last 30 days; see Rankings and Activity.

First-War Checklist

  • Build all three stations before preparation ends.
  • Set the curfew and confirm it is shown correctly in local time.
  • Tell members which lane is currently attackable.
  • Do not waste the single station attack available on each lane.
  • Keep defenders available for maps that still contain Prestige-bearing buildings.
  • Activate or schedule Station Kits before the next battle.
