Equipment is a core main research. Improve this ability in order to unlock more powerful equipment.

Why It Matters

Equipment matters because it is checked by item unlocks. When an item row lists this research, your research level must meet that requirement in addition to the player level requirement.

Linked unlocks include Repair kit, Automatic defense units, Upgraded life buff, Upgraded reactor overcharge, Upgraded support drone, Life buff, Reactor overcharge, Support drone, Life buff, Combat drone, Reactor overcharge, and Damage upgrade.

Keep Equipment close to the item levels you want to buy. When a weapon or equipment item is locked, this is usually one of the first researches to check after Player Level. Do not push it blindly: compare the next unlock in the table with the Uranium cost and the research time.

Not always. Start the next level when it unlocks something useful, improves your current activity, or solves a clear limitation. Otherwise, another research may give faster progress.

Why does the table stop where it does?

The table stops when the next research level would require a player level above 75.
