Season 21: Tropical Sands

Season 21 is titled Tropical Sands. Beneath a blazing sky, sand rolls across the hulls, palm shadows stretch over the galaxies and summer returns with new dangers, new rewards and a choice every pilot will have to make.

Seasonal Event: Summer

The Summer Event returns during Tropical Sands. Small suns and a great Boss Sun appear throughout the main galaxies. Collect their sun particles and golden hourglasses to climb the event ranking and earn rewards. The matching Extinctor ship skin multiplies damage dealt to the event's suns by 3.

The First Weapon Skins in Nova Raider

The summer heat does not stop at the event. For the first time in Nova Raider, weapon skins are joining a season. Two exclusive appearances for the Beam of death are available only during Season 21.

Scorchsand

Scorchsand gives the Beam of death a sun-scorched finish etched with glowing dune-like patterns, as if a desert heatwave had transformed itself into a weapon.

Palmageddon

Palmageddon gives the Beam of death a tropical finish covered in glowing palm leaves and sunset hues, like paradise just moments before total chaos.

One Season, One Choice

There is a twist: only one of these two weapon skins can be obtained. Will you choose the burning dunes of Scorchsand or the tropical chaos of Palmageddon?

Seasonal Competition

Two seasonal leaderboards are active: Flash Missions and the best score achieved in the Summer Event. At the end of the season, only your best finishing position across these rankings is used to determine your final seasonal prize.

New Squadron Recruits — Mini-sun

August 4–6, 2026

For a limited time, Mini-sun becomes recruitable as a Squadron Monster.

Sunbathing

August 7–9, 2026

Approach the sun dangerously closely as a group. Each collective death caused by its area damage grants one Quest Credit. Burn together to triumph together.

For a limited time, Hawker Drone becomes recruitable as a Squadron Monster.

August 14–16, 2026

Every defeated regular enemy has a 10% chance of returning from the dead, while bosses have a 5% chance. Be ready to defeat them twice.

Class Research Discount

August 18–20, 2026

The Uranium cost of Raider Techniques, Tank Techniques, Support Techniques and Trader Techniques is reduced by 50%.

Solar Treasures

August 21–23, 2026

Each defeated Boss Sun guarantees one level 4 normal Gem for eligible nearby players.

Reactor Research Discount

August 25–27, 2026

The Uranium cost of Reactor Management and Reactor Looting is reduced by 25%.

Double Experience Weekend

August 28–30, 2026

All Experience earned during the event is doubled.
