🔥❄️ Fire & Ice Update Is Now Live

The Fire & Ice Update is now available in Nova Raider.

This major update introduces two new level 35 combat options, new guild mechanics, balance changes, and several improvements designed to make battles fairer and more dynamic.

❄️ Ice Shield

The Ice Shield returns as a defensive option for players who want to slow down their attackers.

If you choose Ice, you choose defense.

When activated, this shield can slow enemies attacking you, creating new defensive strategies during combat.

Available from level 35.

🔥 Fireball

Fireball is a brand-new offensive weapon.

If you choose Fire, you choose attack.

This spell becomes the Support class’s first offensive weapon. It uses CPU and can break Ice Shields, cancelling their effects.

Available from level 35.

⚔️ Guild Balance Changes

The update also introduces several guild balance adjustments.

Large guilds will now provide fewer bonuses and advantages, while smaller guilds receive more support through adjusted bonus systems.

A new Recycling Rate system has also been added, affecting how many stolen guild points can be recovered depending on guild balance and recent combat activity.

Guild alliances are now supported, and alliance status directly affects the Recycling Rate.

🏆 Competitive Ranking Changes

PvP and Guild ranking points will now be slightly reduced every day to keep competition active over time.

A new Total Missions ranking has also been added, giving players another way to compete and progress.

🛠️ Additional Improvements

The update also includes several gameplay and guild improvements, including:

• -Increased Uranium and XP rewards in missions
• -Increased reactor missile, cannon, and laser damage
• -Shared cooldowns for multiple Battle Stations in the same galaxy
• -New restrictions for guildless players and guilds without HQ Hypercore
• -Improved guild role management
• -Longer guild name limit
• -Lifebuff sprite animation now displayed behind the ship
