Server Issue Resolved and Compensation Details

Hello everyone,

A recent server issue affected Nova Raider and caused disruption for some players.

After a full server scan, the issue has now been successfully identified and resolved.

The problem came from a specific location sensitive to French time zone changes. This means that no emergency restart is required to fix the error.

The possibility of a cyberattack or security breach has also been completely ruled out.

🎁 Compensation

To thank players for their patience, several compensation measures are being provided.

The Research/3 event has been extended by 24 hours, plus 1 additional hour to account for the recent time zone change.

Three special reward codes are also available. Each code grants one 24-hour time capsule.

These capsules work like regular 24-hour capsules found on the map: once the code is used, the time is deducted immediately.

⚠️ Important: if your ongoing research is shorter than the capsule duration, the excess time will be lost.

Reward Codes:

• -TIME-1 — 24-hour time capsule
• -TIME-2 — 24-hour time capsule
• -TIME-3 — 24-hour time capsule

These codes are valid until November 1, 2025.

💳 2-Hour Kit Refunds

A refund is also available for paid 2-hour kits, if needed.

This is a full refund and only applies to paid 2-hour kits.

Players will keep the benefits of any portion of the kit that was successfully used before the crash.

If you were affected, please open a support ticket. The team will verify whether a kit was active before the documented server crash periods.

🛠️ Development Update

The final version of the source code rework has progressed from 90% to 98%.

We are now very close to the end of this final rework, which may be completed around the end of the month or the beginning of next month.
