Guild System Rework: Cleaner Battles and Fairer Rankings

👋 Hello everyone,

We are preparing a complete rework of the guild system.

The goal is simple: make battles cleaner, rankings more reliable, and significantly limit abuse.

The old system allowed too many issues, including feeding, falsified guilds, rigged captures, abuse related to public battle stations, bonuses obtained without real guild activity, diplomacy-based circumvention, and moderation evasion.

⚠️ This is a redesign project. Some details may still change, and development will take several weeks.

✨ What’s Coming

The new system is based on:

  • -HQ vs HQ battles
  • -Squads of up to 5 players
  • -Guild formats of 5, 10, or 15 members
  • -Three private battle stations for each guild
  • -A guild merging system

❌ What’s Being Removed

The following elements are being removed from the old system:

  • -Free choice of guild to attack
  • -Two contested public stations on shared maps
  • -Bonus multiplier
  • -Recycling rate
  • -Capacity uranium bank
  • -Alliance and NAP system

❓ Quick FAQ

A more detailed FAQ will be available later.

📈 What are the currencies and rankings?

Rankings are now based on Prestige.

Prestige replaces the old ranking points and determines the guild ranking.

Badges represent guild progression and replace the old stolen points.

Flames are used to activate station mega-bonuses.

👥 How do guilds work?

Guilds now have fixed formats:

  • -5 players
  • -10 players
  • -15 players

A guild can move up to the next format, but cannot move back down.

⚔️ How do battles work?

A battle now involves 1 HQ against 1 HQ.

Each battle only involves members of one guild against one other guild and lasts 24 hours.

The free choice of target is removed to prevent feeding, collusion, and wars directed toward compliant guilds.

🧱 What is the purpose of the 5/10/15 format in combat?

Battles are divided into squads of up to 5 players:

  • -5 members = 1 squad
  • -10 members = 2 squads
  • -15 members = 3 squads

This structure is designed to create fairer battles.

🛰️ How do stations work?

Stations are no longer public.

All HQs are permanently defended by 3 stations of your choice, without mega-bonuses by default.

Stations are no longer exclusive, meaning multiple guilds can have the same one.

A station’s mega-bonus can optionally be activated using Flames earned daily in battles.

If a station is destroyed during a battle, its mega-bonus is deactivated until the end of that battle.

A single guild cannot equip the same mega-bonus multiple times per day, as this now applies a cooldown.

🔥 How do you earn Flames?

Flames are earned by participating in guild battles every day.

They are used to activate station mega-bonuses.

🤝 What happens to Alliances and NAPs?

The official diplomacy system is suspended.

The goal is clear: if several groups play together consistently, they should be encouraged to merge rather than remain separate.

🏰 How do guild mergers work?

The new system allows members of two guilds to merge more easily.

Examples:

  • -5 + 5 = 10
  • -10 + 5 = 15

If the total exceeds 15 members, a merger is not possible.

📌 TL;DR

The old guild system was too easy to exploit.

The new system replaces public stations with three private stations for each guild, free HQ invasions with fixed HQ vs HQ wars, and diplomacy with the ability to merge guilds.

Guilds are now limited to 5, 10, or 15 members, with a cleaner structure based on Prestige, Badges, and Flames.

You can share your feedback on this project and tell us what you think could still be adjusted.
