Guild Chat, HQ Raid Rules & PvP Shield Changes
Version 1.4.1b adds Guild Chat, improves Guild Logs, reduces username change cooldown, updates HQ raid rules and defenses, changes PvP Shield kit access, and fixes several chat notification and scrolling issues.

- -Added Guild Chat.
Guild Logs
- -Guild Logs now show who raided the HQ, even if no building was destroyed.

Username Change
- -Username change cooldown reduced from 30 days to 15 days.
HQ
HQ raid rules and defenses have been updated.
- -Increased building damage.
- -Increased Hypercore cooldown.
- -When invading an HQ, you must now wait 8 hours before personally raiding the same HQ again.
- -When your guild destroys an HQ Hypercore, your guild must now wait 48 hours before raiding that same HQ again.
- -You can still invade another HQ every 2 hours.
PvP Shield
- -Removed the ability to buy a PvP Shield Kit while the 15-minute PvP Shield Regeneration Timer is active.
Bug Fixes
Chat
- -Fixed a large number of friends appearing online while they were actually offline.
- -Fixed the long list of blue friend connection notifications.
- -Fixed the chat opening animation on login and when switching galaxies.
- -Fixed duplicate blue friend notifications appearing when someone refreshed the game.
- -Fixed the chat scroller activating when receiving a message while the player was already scrolling.
