Nova Raider Is Recruiting Moderators and Contributors

📢 Moderators and Suggestion Group Recruitment

Hello everyone,

The Nova Raider team is expanding to help maintain a welcoming atmosphere in-game and on Discord.

If you are motivated, active in the community, and willing to contribute, you can now apply for one of the available roles.

🛡️ Moderator Roles

Two moderation roles are available: Nova Raider + Discord Moderator and Discord Only Moderator.

Nova Raider + Discord Moderators may help moderate the in-game chat and Discord channels in their main language and in English. They may also assist new players, answer questions, manage some moderation tickets, participate in weekly meetings, contribute to game or rule suggestions when requested, and join test sessions.

Discord Only Moderators focus on Discord moderation, helping new players, answering questions, and managing some Discord-related moderation tickets.

✅ Desired Moderator Profile

Applicants should have:

• -Excellent command of their native language
• -Basic written and spoken English
• -Active involvement in the community
• -A calm, impartial, and professional attitude
• -No recent history of sanctions, mutes, or bans

It is also preferred that applicants have no history of conflicts with other players or guilds, and that they do not hold a top position in game rankings to avoid possible conflicts of interest.

🔒 Confidentiality and Verification

To protect sensitive internal information, new moderators must sign a confidentiality agreement and complete an identity verification process.

This is required to strengthen team security and ensure a professional handling of internal information.

💡 Suggestion Group Role

Players who are not interested in moderation, or who do not match the moderation profile, can apply to join the Suggestion Group.

This group is dedicated to helping structure, discuss, and organize ideas around specific development themes proposed by administrators.

Members may participate in weekly meetings, discuss future update topics, help balance different points of view, and contribute to a respectful environment where ideas can be debated constructively.

🧠 Desired Suggestion Group Profile

Applicants should be able to address different opinions constructively and help find balanced solutions that respect different play styles while benefiting the wider community.

Basic written and spoken English is required, along with active involvement in the Nova Raider community.

📩 How to Apply

If you are interested, please open a ticket on Discord to submit your application.

We look forward to discussing this opportunity with motivated players who want to support Nova Raider and its community.

Thank you for your support and dedication.
