New Hub Update: Loyalty, Gifts and Community Tools

🌐 A MAJOR HUB UPDATE ARRIVES WITH SEASON 22

Following the announcements made in our August DevBlog, a major update to the Nova Raider Hub will be deployed alongside Season 22: Stellar Sketches.

A loyalty program, gifting, free translation, community polls and a new approach to rules and sanctions are among the main additions that will become available when the season begins.

💎 NEW LOYALTY PROGRAM: SAPPHIRES

With Season 22, our loyalty program officially launches with a new currency: Sapphires.

Eligible purchases in the shop will now earn Sapphires, which can be exchanged for a variety of rewards.

⭐ X2 STAR OFFERS

Exchange your Sapphires to unlock special offers that provide twice as many Stars with a purchase.

Once unlocked, each offer will remain available for a limited time and can only be purchased once.

🎁 SEASON KIT

Sapphires can also be exchanged for a Season Kit.

🎨 CHROMATIC RELICS

Exchange your Sapphires for Chromatic Relics, the new cosmetic currency that can notably be used to obtain eligible skins from previous seasons.

🏆 DUNGEON LEVELS

Sapphires can also be used to obtain additional levels for creating community Dungeons.

💎 YOUR PAST SUPPORT COUNTS TOO

As previously announced, your past support will also be rewarded.

Eligible purchases made from September 2024 up to the launch of Season 22 will be taken into account retroactively. The corresponding Sapphires will be credited during September.

Remember to check your emails throughout the month as well.

🎁 GIFTING ARRIVES IN THE SHOP

Alongside Season 22, a new Gift section will be added to the shop, offering two ways to give something to other players.

🎁 SEND A GIFT CARD TO A FRIEND

You will now be able to send a Nova Raider gift card to one of your friends.

The amount will be added to the recipient's gift balance, which they can then freely use in their own shop.

⭐ GIFT STARS TO THE COMMUNITY

You will also be able to gift Stars to the community.

The purchased Stars will be awarded to other eligible players, allowing you to directly support members of the community.

Community gifts will also provide a progressive loyalty bonus.

Depending on the amount gifted, the Sapphires you receive will be multiplied from x2 up to x2.5.

The more you give to the community, the higher the multiplier becomes.

💬 FREE TRANSLATION ACROSS THE HUB

The update will introduce a new one-click translation feature across several parts of the Hub, making it easier for players who speak different languages to communicate.

We originally considered introducing a dedicated credit system for this feature.

Following your feedback, we decided to make translation completely free.

🗳️ TAKE PART IN DECISIONS FROM THE HUB

With Season 22, a new community poll section will give you another way to contribute directly to decisions surrounding Nova Raider.

These polls will help us gather more feedback from the community and better guide selected content and future updates according to your expectations.

They will be available directly from the Hub's Contributions area.

📘 RULES AND SANCTIONS ARE INTEGRATED INTO THE HUB

This update will also bring the Nova Raider rules directly into the Hub.

A new, more detailed version of the rules will be available there, along with an area where you can follow the current status of your account.

⚖️ MORE CONSISTENT SANCTION MANAGEMENT

The way sanctions are handled will also change.

Moderators will no longer manually choose the duration of a sanction. Its duration will instead be determined automatically according to the recorded reason and its associated rules.

The goal is to ensure more consistent enforcement across similar cases.

🔐 PARTIAL HUB ACCESS REMAINS AVAILABLE WHEN SANCTIONED

Sanctioned or banned accounts will still be able to access the parts of the Hub required to manage their account.

This notably includes Support, tickets and selected account pages.

Access to the game itself will of course remain blocked whenever required by the sanction.

🔧 INTERFACE IMPROVEMENTS AND FIXES

The update will also include numerous interface improvements, fixes and adjustments based on your feedback since the launch of the new Hub.

Several screens have been harmonized to make navigation and general Hub usage more consistent.

✉️ WHAT'S NEXT?

The new email system and the Nova Raider Newsletter will not yet be included in this update.

Their launch is planned for early September.

This major Hub update will therefore be deployed alongside Season 22 and delivers another part of the objectives announced in our August DevBlog.

It lays new foundations for rewarding your loyalty, making communication easier and giving the community more ways to contribute to the future of Nova Raider.
